曝氣(qi)生(sheng)(sheng)物濾池(Biological Aerated Filter)是一(yi)種新型污(wu)水生(sheng)(sheng)物膜處(chu)理(li)技術,具有極好的脫氮和有機物降解(jie)效果,可直接將市(shi)政污(wu)水處(chu)理(li)達(da)到《城(cheng)(cheng)鎮污(wu)水處(chu)理(li)廠污(wu)染物排放(fang)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)》(GB18918-2002)一(yi)級A標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)或《城(cheng)(cheng)市(shi)污(wu)水再生(sheng)(sheng)利(li)用(yong)城(cheng)(cheng)市(shi)雜用(yong)水水質》(GB/T18920-2002)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)。 

一般說來,曝氣生物濾池具有以下特征:
(1)用粒狀(zhuang)填料作為生物(wu)載體,如(ru)陶粒、焦(jiao)炭(tan)、石英(ying)砂、活(huo)性炭(tan)、改型聚(ju)胺酯(zhi)等。 (2)區(qu)別于一(yi)般生物(wu)濾(lv)池(chi)及生物(wu)濾(lv)塔,在去(qu)除BOD、氨氮時(shi)需進行曝氣。 
(3)高水力負(fu)荷、高容積負(fu)荷及高的(de)生物膜活性。 
(4)具有生物氧(yang)化降解和(he)截(jie)留SS的雙重(zhong)功(gong)能(neng),生物處(chu)理(li)單元之后不需再設二次沉淀(dian)池。 
(5)需定(ding)期進行反沖洗,清洗濾池中截(jie)留的SS以及更(geng)新生物膜。

(2)占地面積(ji)小,基建投資(zi)省。 
(3)運行費(fei)用低(di)。曝氣(qi)生(sheng)物濾池工(gong)藝(yi)氧的傳(chuan)(chuan)輸利用效(xiao)率(lv)很高,曝氣(qi)量(liang)小,供氧動力消耗(hao)低(di)。氧的利用效(xiao)率(lv)可達(da)20-30%。工(gong)程(cheng)實踐表(biao)明(ming),曝氣(qi)量(liang)為(wei)傳(chuan)(chuan)統活性污(wu)泥法的1/20,為(wei)氧化溝(gou)的1/6,為(wei)SBR的1/4—1/3,在很大程(cheng)度上(shang)節省(sheng)了運行費(fei)用。曝氣(qi)生(sheng)物濾池水頭損失(shi)較小,剩(sheng)余污(wu)泥量(liang)少且(qie)容易處(chu)理,維(wei)護(hu)量(liang)很少,這(zhe)都將(jiang)保證(zheng)運行費(fei)用較低(di)。
